1 Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between fb44 and its users. "fb44", "we", "our" refer to the fb44 platform and its operating entity. "User", "you", "member" refer to any person registered on or using the platform.

The name, address, mobile number and other details provided when opening an account must be accurate and up to date. If an account is opened with false information and this is later confirmed, fb44 has the right to cancel that account.

2.4 Password Security

Keeping your login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. If someone accesses your account without authorisation, notify fb44 customer support immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at fb44 is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be made.

3.3 Cryptocurrency

fb44 does not currently support any cryptocurrency payments. Only the payment methods listed above are accepted.

3.4 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears suspicious, fb44 reserves the right to hold or investigate it. Additional identity verification documents may be requested if necessary.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The fb44 welcome bonus is a 100% match on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A wagering requirement applies to this bonus — the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before a withdrawal can be made.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000, making a total balance of ৳2,000. Before withdrawing, the bonus funds require: ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in total bets.

4.2 Bonus Terms of Use

• The bonus can be claimed once only and is available to new members only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirement is met.
• Restrictions on using the bonus in certain games may apply.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any related winnings may be cancelled.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

The fb44 VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8%; Gold — up to 1.1%; Platinum — up to 1.5%. The weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings).

4.4 Promotional Changes

fb44 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the terms of any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Check the platform regularly to stay up to date on any such changes.

5 Gaming Policy and Fair Play

5.1 Available Games

fb44 offers a range of games including slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games and Aviator. All games are powered by software from certified providers and fairness is ensured through RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:
